We service most Central Vacuums in 1 hour & 10 minutes:

• It takes < 10 minutes to book an appointment (if you call us Mon-Sat from 7:30am - 5pm).
• And it usually takes us < 1 hour to completely repair, service & clean a central vacuum.

This is what our process looks like:

• We arrive in our famous white van, exactly on time.
• We put blue booties over our shoes before walking into any house.
• We fix any problems.
• Clean out the central vacuum.
• Test the vacuum pressure and airflow.
• Finally, we take the time to explain everything.

This is how much it costs:

• Typical repairs like clearing a clog, fixing an inlet or replacing a motor usually cost $250 plus any parts needed and accessories desired. Our service vans are stocked with various cleaning tools & hoses.
• Repairs that take longer than one hour usually involve construction related issues like a broken wire, broken pipe or update/replacement of all inlets.
  
• Our initial service charge is $250 which covers driving there and up to one hour of service onsite. If more time is required we charge $50 per additional 15 minutes after the first hour. If your home is greater than 25 miles from our Tarzana warehouse the initial hour charge may be higher.

• The technician will arrive on time, be polite, and very knowledgeable (each of our technicians have 10+ years of experience installing and servicing Central Vacuums.)
• If you are unhappy with the work, just tell the technician. He will charge you nothing for the labor and will take back any parts or accessories that you don't want to buy.
• If anything goes wrong with the parts or service we provided (within 1-year), we will fix, replace, or service it 100% free. Clogs are not covered by this guarantee. (The units that we repair usually go at least 12 years without needing another repair and if anything’s going to happen, it’s going to happen within the first 12 months. So, you are absolutely covered.)
